We will NOT accept forms brought to our track that were printed at home. For riders requiring a parents signature, the form must be signed in our presence. * The Parent or Rider(18+ years old) Must have a Picture ID (Drivers License) with them. |

| 1. Every rider who wants to use our track must sign our Track Liability Release Form. Absolutely NO exceptions to this rule. Riders under the age of 18 require a parent to accompany them to our location on their first visit. Parent, or riders 18+ years old must have photo identification. You cannot check in someone else's child. 2. We allow ATV's, Fun Karts, & Go-Karts Only. (no jeeps, motorcycles, dune buggies, or trucks) 3. All riders must wear a DOT approved Helmet and Goggles at all times while operating any ATV, Fun-Kart, or Go-Kart, anywhere on our property. This includes our Parking Area. NO exceptions. Any person not following this rule will be ejected from our property. NO WARNINGS. 4. Our track is ONE WAY ONLY. Riders are not allowed to ride off of the established, marked trails, or travel in the opposite direction. 5. No Double Riders on ATV's. Only vehicles with two separate seats or fun/go-karts with seating designed for two riders are allowed to carry two persons. Passengers must sign our Track Liability Release Form and pay Passenger Track fees. Membership is Not Required for passengers. 6. There is a 5mph speed limit in the parking areas. Please keep speeds down to prevent accidents and to keep dust down. No spinning of tires is allowed. Keep all wheels on the ground (no wheelies). 7. Any person that does not have an active Track Membership is NOT allowed to enter the track area at any time or ride any ATV, Fun-Kart, or Go-Kart anywhere on our property including the parking area. 8. Riders Must Take Responsibility For Their Actions. If you cause damage to another riders equipment, you are responsible for repairs. 9. Any damage caused to our track marking flags or poles should be reported immediately. Any person causing any damage to our Track Flag Markers will be responsible for Full Replacement Cost plus Labor Cost. 10. NO refunds once fees are paid. NO Exceptions. No rain checks or refunds for breakdowns. 11. Do Not Use profanity (this is a family environment). 12. Reckless or dangerous riding that could be harmful to yourself or others is not permitted. Any rider running their vehicle into another vehicle on purpose will be ejected from our property with no warnings or refunds. 13. Paddle Type(sand) tires are not allowed on our track or property. 14. No Alcohol is Allowed on the property. Any person found with alcohol will be ejected from the property without refund. All Vehicles are subject to search. 15. Track Lighting: Our track is lighted, but headlights are required on all vehicles after dark. Headlights must be used after dark. 16. Bad Weather Conditions : In the event of any snow or ice on the ground or during rain storms the track will not be open for riding. Final determination to be made daily by the owner. |
